RLF Fellowship Application
Thank you for your interest in becoming an RLF Fellow.
To be eligible you must be a writer with at least two (sole-authored) books published – or theatre works/ film scripts professionally produced, or radio/TV scripts broadcast – prior to application. Books stemming from a parallel career as an academic or practitioner are not eligible – neither are self-published/vanity-published titles or work published exclusively online. You must also be resident in the UK or Ireland at the time of application and have the unconditional right to work in the UK.

In the following online application, you will be asked to provide:
personal / contact details;
details of: sole-authored published works, plays, films, scripts broadcast, etc.;
forthcoming works;
co-authored works;
other significant literary activities (including prizes, awards, judging);
experience running writing-related workshops or teaching, residencies;
tertiary-level academic qualifications (if any);
other professional or vocational qualifications, training or experience;
plus, a 600 word statement on why you would make a good Fellow and why you are applying now.
Finally, you will have the chance to specify which locations you are interested in.
Your data will be used solely to process your application and, if successful, administer your Fellowship. Successful applications will be shared with the university where we plan to place you.
